I have this item and it is wounderful legal fireworks! Gives a nice BOOM with lots of smoke and looks great in the front yard beside the flag pole.

Bought one back in the early 90's. Built a carriage and found some appropriate wheels at a Texaqs flea market. Great fun and always a hit on the 4th of July. Sold it in a weak moment and am wanting to buy another barrel. A great product at a reasonable price.
